This Summer the flavour in the cup is Lemon Lime Bitters. But how do you make a lemon or a lime bitter, I hear you ask. Well we have many different methods. We sometimes tell them that they have to work over the Christmas break. Other times we eat their lunch in the fridge. And then if we want to make them really, really bitter we date their sister. The result is a deliciously cold, decidedly tart citrus Slurpee. Even though it’s bitter, one sip and you’ll feel very refreshed.
